Piff the Magic Dragon confirms he cloned his late dog Mr. Piffles for nearly $60,000
Piff the Magic Dragon has confirmed he spent nearly $60,000 to clone his late Chihuahua, Mr. Piffles. He expressed happiness about the decision and introduced Mr. Piffles 2.0, who is genetically identical to the original dog. Piff had planned for this day as Mr. Piffles aged. He was inspired to clone after hearing about Barbra Streisand's similar experience and contacted ViaGen for the process. Mr. Piffles 2 is now two years old and will join Piff in performances. Piff reflected on his memories with the original Mr. Piffles, including their time on "America's Got Talent." The magician and his dogs have performed at the Flamingo Las Vegas for nearly a decade, recently extending their residency for three more years.
