106 holiday special trains from Mumbai announced
Central Railway is set to run 106 special trains from Mumbai to meet the rising passenger demand during the summer vacation. These trains will serve popular routes including Nagpur, Karmali, and Thiruvananthapuram. From April 6 to 29, the CSMT–Nagpur train will make 50 trips. It will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) and Nagpur every Tuesday and Sunday. Additionally, the CSMT–Karmali train will operate 18 weekly trips between April 10 and May 5, departing from CSMT every Thursday. The Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) will also have 18 trips for the Karmali route during the same period, again on Thursdays. The LTT–Thiruvananthapuram North train will run 18 trips from April 3 to May 31. This train will leave LTT every Thursday and Thiruvananthapuram North every Saturday. Passengers can start booking tickets on March 24 at all computerized reservation centers and online at the IRCTC website.
