14-year-old charged with attempted murder in Baltimore school shooting

A 14-year-old has been arrested for shooting a 15-year-old outside Dunbar High School in Baltimore on Monday. The victim was shot three times but survived after emergency surgery. The suspect turned himself in on Saturday and is charged as an adult with attempted first-degree murder. Police believe he tried to rob the victim before the shooting. The incident occurred around 3:30 PM, leading to the closure of Dunbar High and a nearby school the next day. Counseling services were offered, and classes resumed on Wednesday.
