16-year-old Kaylah Love found dead in Chicago park
A 16-year-old girl named Kaylah Love was found dead in Horan Park in Chicago. She went missing on Sunday after leaving home to get McDonald's. Her mother, Kyana Love, reported her missing just a day before the discovery. Kaylah was found with stab wounds and other injuries. She was remembered as an aspiring chef who enjoyed cooking for her family. Her mother shared how Kaylah had recently declared herself the family chef, stepping up to help in the kitchen. She had dreams of studying culinary arts in college and had earned a food handlers' certificate to work in a restaurant this summer. Kyana described her daughter as affectionate and fun-loving. Kaylah had recently joined a program that helped her get a job at an art gallery. The family and friends are now grieving and coming together to support each other after her tragic death. A memorial for Kaylah is planned for Sunday across from her school. As of now, the police have not arrested anyone related to her death and are continuing their investigation.
