2025 Global Business Forum in Marseille supports SMEs

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can gain valuable opportunities by attending the Global Business Forum next month. The event, organized by the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), will take place in Marseille, France from April 6 to 9. According to WTCA spokesperson Scott Wang, the forum will help SMEs in sectors like Information Technology, textiles, renewable energy, and pharmaceuticals. This will be the second Global Business Forum, with the first held in Bengaluru in 2024. The forum aims to provide access to partnerships, funding options, and strategies for entering new markets. In 2023, trade between India and France reached $13.4 billion, a 7.72% increase from the previous year. France is becoming a key partner for India in areas like defense, aerospace, and sustainable infrastructure. As of 2023, France has around 4.3 million SMEs. Indian businesses can take advantage of France's position in the European Single Market, which includes 500 million consumers. The Global Business Forum will feature conferences, exhibitions, and networking sessions discussing topics such as free trade, real estate, technology, clean energy, and sustainability.
