60 universities face scrutiny for antisemitism issues
The Trump Education Department has announced that 60 more universities are under scrutiny for antisemitism. This follows the withdrawal of $400 million in federal funding from Columbia University due to ongoing antisemitic demonstrations. Among the institutions named are six Ivy League schools: Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Harvard, Princeton, and Yale. Other affected schools include Rutgers, Sarah Lawrence, and several branches of the State University of New York. This announcement marks a significant escalation in the government's response to antisemitic discrimination and harassment on college campuses.
