A494 experiences 40-minute traffic delays from water main

There were major delays on the A494 after a water mains burst caused traffic issues. The burst occurred on a nearby road, leading to congestion on the eastbound lane from Ewloe to St David's Interchange. Drivers were facing delays of about 40 minutes as a result of the incident.
