Aamir Khan shares childhood memories with Mansoor Khan
Aamir Khan recently shared fond memories of his childhood with filmmaker Mansoor Khan in an interview. He described their close friendship, marked by playful adventures and film-making. Aamir fondly referred to Mansoor as "naughty-minded" and reminisced about the mischief they got into together. During their youth, Aamir and Mansoor often made short films. Aamir explained that Mansoor had a video camera, and they would film constantly. He humorously compared Mansoor to characters from comics, saying he was a mix of Dennis the Menace and Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes, making them quite the troublemakers. One standout memory involved an elaborate prank. The two friends set up a secret listening system in Mansoor's large bungalow. They visited Chor Bazaar to buy supplies like wires and microphones. They drilled holes in various rooms to install the mics so they could eavesdrop on conversations, which Aamir hilariously referred to as "epic." Aamir also emphasized that their fun and games were educational. He recalled making short films, including a playful depiction of a thief when he was just six years old. This experience, he noted, helped him learn a lot about film-making while having a great time.
