Accenture expands AI platform with customizable agent builder
Accenture has announced an expansion of its AI Refinery platform. This includes a new AI agent builder that allows business users to easily create and customize AI agents. The goal is to help organizations adopt AI more quickly and improve their operations. The AI agent builder is designed to be user-friendly. It lets decision-makers modify teams of AI agents based on changing business needs, such as new policies or customer feedback. Users can make these changes without any coding skills or waiting for technical support, increasing agility in the workplace. Accenture is also introducing industry-specific AI solutions. These solutions will use advanced AI models to help businesses automate processes and make better decisions. Over the next few months, Accenture plans to develop more than 50 new industry-specific AI solutions, with a goal of reaching over 100 by the end of the year. Some of these solutions target sectors like telecommunications, finance, insurance, and healthcare. For example, in telecommunications, AI can help call center agents prepare for and manage customer calls more efficiently. In insurance, AI agents may streamline the underwriting process by automating tasks that typically require manual input. Accenture's efforts include partnerships with well-known organizations. ESPN is testing an AI-powered avatar to enhance the fan experience. HPE is using the AI Refinery for its private cloud solutions. Meanwhile, the United Nations is developing a multilingual research agent to support its global initiatives. Overall, Accenture's advancements aim to empower businesses with intelligent technology that can improve efficiency and decision-making across various industries.
