Activists file second impeachment complaint against Philippine Vice President Duterte

This new complaint follows an earlier one filed on Monday, which included various allegations, such as Duterte's threats against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and her involvement in extrajudicial killings linked to her father's administration. The House of Representatives will review both complaints. Duterte is currently under investigation for her comments and the alleged misuse of funds. The House, dominated by allies of Marcos, is expected to take weeks or months to address the complaints before the Christmas recess begins on December 20.
