Adani Green Energy shares rise 15% in March
Adani Green Energy shares have risen over 15% in March after a 59% decline in the previous five months. This recovery is supported by positive forecasts from brokerages, including Macquarie and Cantor Fitzgerald, which see significant growth potential. Macquarie projects a possible 200% increase if Adani meets its 50 GW renewable energy target by 2030. Cantor Fitzgerald also sees a 40% upside, highlighting the company's strong position in India's renewable energy sector. Despite the recent gains, Adani Green's stock is still down 54% over the past year and remains 60% below its 52-week high. The stock has rebounded from a recent low of ₹ 758 earlier this month.
