AI email assistant reduces inbox overload and stress
A 2025 study shows that 86% of people have at least three email accounts, leading to stress and lower productivity. Many check their inbox multiple times a day, with some spending up to five hours on emails. Cristina Grau-Vilchez, CEO of Twintual, has developed an AI email assistant to help manage this overload. Twintual can summarize discussions, draft responses, and classify messages by urgency across various platforms like Gmail and Slack. Twintual aims to prioritize user privacy and flexibility, storing individual AI profiles to prevent data leaks. The startup has secured partnerships with major companies and is set to begin testing with corporate users in early 2025.
