Ajay Devgn's Raid 2 teaser to debut with Sikandar

Ajay Devgn is set to release a teaser for his upcoming film, Raid 2, soon. The film is scheduled to premiere in theaters on May 1, 2025. Raid 2 continues the story from the successful 2018 movie Raid, which grossed around Rs 100 crore in India. The original film received positive reviews, leading the creators to develop a sequel based on another true story. Ajay Devgn will return in the lead role, while Riteish Deshmukh has been cast as the villain. The teaser for Raid 2 will be released digitally by the end of next week. It will also be shown in theaters alongside the Eid 2025 release of Sikandar, featuring Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna. The goal is to attract audience interest by showcasing a classic hero versus villain storyline. In preparation for the release, filmmakers Devgn, Kumar Mangat, and Bhushan Kumar have secured deals with multiplex owners to screen the teaser. Single-screen theaters will also receive the teaser for their use. Fans can expect to see the teaser on the big screen starting March 30.
