Ajinomoto Philippines reports strong growth, exceeding double-digit rates, due to an expanded portfolio that now includes frozen and instant foods. The company ranks among the top five markets in Southeast Asia, with significant operations in Bulacan and Cebu. The company is enhancing its sustainability efforts, aiming to cut its environmental impact by 50%. It has partnered with ACEN Renewable Energy Solutions to power its plants with solar energy, reducing carbon emissions by 5,000 metric tons. Ajinomoto Philippines is also addressing food loss and waste by upcycling residual food into animal feed and shifting to sustainable packaging. The company employs around 2,000 people and operates 26 sales stations nationwide.
