Alienware launches new Area-51 desktop PC at CES 2025
Alienware has reintroduced its Area-51 desktop PC, a high-end gaming model first launched in 1998. The new version was announced at CES 2025 and will start at approximately $4,500. The Area-51 features an 80L tower, supporting the latest NVIDIA graphics cards and an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K CPU. It includes an advanced airflow system that improves cooling and noise levels compared to previous models. The PC allows for easy upgrades with instructional QR codes inside. It supports up to 64GB of RAM, 8TB of storage, and various liquid cooling options. Additional configurations will be available later, including a more affordable option.
