Alleged drug supplier denies giving drugs to Liam Payne before his death in Argentina
A man accused of supplying drugs to Liam Payne has denied giving narcotics to the singer. Braian Nahuel Paiz, a waiter, claims he met Payne on October 2 and took drugs together, but insists he did not supply them. Payne, a former member of One Direction, died on October 16 after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina. A partial autopsy found various drugs, including pink cocaine, in his system. Local police arrested three people in connection with Payne's death. Paiz stated on television that Payne was already under the influence when they first met.
