An Allentown man has been accused of using stolen credit cards to buy nearly $100,000 worth of goods from Lowe's stores in Pennsylvania. Attorney General Dave Sunday made the announcement regarding Alex Jose Rulan, 33, who faces multiple charges, including organized retail theft and identity theft. The attorney general's office reported that Rulan purchased items like flooring, air conditioning units, and vacuums using stolen credit cards.
