AMT raises $3.5 million to simplify influencer marketing
A startup called Agentic Marketing Technologies (AMT) has raised $3.5 million to change how brands work with social media influencers. The company's goal is to make booking ad campaigns easier and more efficient. Currently, finding and connecting with influencers can be complicated and requires a lot of manual work. AMT has developed an AI tool named Lyra, which can interact with influencers using natural language. This tool helps with tasks like booking campaigns, tracking results, and handling payments. It can also find influencers that fit a brand's goals. The company believes that AI can enhance the influencer marketing experience by understanding content and personalizing communication. Tom Hollands, co-founder and CEO of AMT, experienced the challenges of influencer marketing firsthand. He pointed out that traditional marketing agencies rely on young workers who struggle to manage numerous influencer partnerships effectively. With AMT's AI-driven approach, the time needed to secure influencer partnerships decreases significantly. What usually takes nine hours can now be done in just five minutes. AMT's technology uses various AI models to ensure the best performance for different tasks. Their strategy aims to replace much of the human labor currently involved in influencer marketing. This shift is seen as essential as the influencer marketing industry, worth over $266 billion this year, continues to grow. The startup, which recently moved from London to San Francisco, has already attracted clients such as Le Petit Luetier and Wild. Experts believe AMT's innovative approach could significantly alter the marketing landscape by merging AI with influencer collaboration.
