Anfernee Simons questionable for Sunday’s game

Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Toronto Raptors due to right hand soreness. Center Robert Williams III is also questionable with a left knee sprain. He recently returned from an 11-game absence but did not play in the last game. Jerami Grant is doubtful with right knee tendinitis, while Jabari Walker is out due to concussion protocol. Deandre Ayton remains sidelined with a left quad strain after missing 13 games.
