When asked to rate Mayor Suzanne LaFrance, Frank gave her an "A." She supports the mayor’s collaborative leadership style and believes it is crucial for tackling the city's issues. For the current Assembly, she gave a "B+" but noted the need for better organization in collaboration. Frank envisions diversifying Anchorage's economy by improving communication and reducing reliance on housing taxes. She aims to expand tourism, support local businesses, and invest in education and workforce development. Overall, Frank is committed to making Anchorage a safer and more vibrant place to live. She believes in the city’s potential and wants to unite the community to achieve this vision.
