Animated film "Sing" tops Netflix charts for 15 weeks with millions of views
The animated film "Sing," released in 2016, has topped Netflix charts for 15 weeks, attracting over 5.4 million views in the past week alone. The movie features a star-studded cast, including Matthew McConaughey and Reese Witherspoon. Despite being eight years old, "Sing" remains popular, with nearly 9.8 million hours watched in total. It was the sixth most-watched film this week, trailing behind newer releases like "Don’t Move" and Anna Kendrick’s "Woman of the Hour." A sequel, "Sing 2," was also successful and spent 13 weeks in Netflix's top 10. While a third installment is planned, director Garth Jennings has confirmed he will not be involved in its creation.
