Ann E. Powers, 80, of Bristol, passes away peacefully

Ann E. Powers, 80, of Bristol, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2024. Born on August 8, 1944, in Fort Kent, Maine, she was the daughter of Harold and Frances Pinette. She is predeceased by her husband, Francis Powers, and several family members. Ann moved to Connecticut in 1963 and married Francis in 1964. They raised three children together and enjoyed family gatherings, vacations, and cruises. Ann worked at Travelers and had many close friendships. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on December 18, 2024, at St. Gregory Church in Bristol. Ann will be laid to rest privately, and donations can be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
