Anna Geary adjusts to motherhood after welcoming son Ronan

Anna Geary, host of Ireland's Fittest Family, is learning to balance motherhood with her busy life. She and her husband Kevin Sexton welcomed their baby boy, Ronan, in August 2023. Anna, a former Cork camogie captain, says she is still adjusting to her new role as a mother. She noted, "I'm still trying to find the balance coming from a world where I could train whenever I want."
