Ariana Grande reportedly rented a luxury apartment in Hampstead while filming the movie "Wicked" in 2022. She recently shared that her new album includes a song called "Hampstead," inspired by her time in the area. She enjoyed walking on Hampstead Heath and exploring the local culture, especially the Sunday roasts. The apartment is located in the Buxmead development on Billionaire’s Row. It is known for its extremely high security, described by some as “a residential Fort Knox.” The complex includes 20 apartments situated on 2.5 acres of private gardens and has a security team on site. Buxmead offers various five-star amenities, such as a 25-meter swimming pool, a cinema, a spa, and offices. The apartments are very spacious, with some exceeding 10,000 square feet and featuring direct access from the garage. Currently, a seven-bedroom apartment in this luxury development is listed for nearly £11 million. Nearby, other high-end flats are available for rent for over £30,000 a month. Buxmead was developed by Anil Varma, and the luxury homes were launched in 2016. The Bishops Avenue area has a reputation for attracting A-list celebrities. Notable residents have included Salma Hayek, Justin Bieber, and several footballers. However, the area is also known for its abandoned mansions, adding to its unique character.
