Asiana Airlines resumes A380 flights to New York-JFK

Asiana Airlines will resume Airbus A380 flights from Seoul-Incheon to New York-JFK this summer, marking its return after a six-year absence. The flights are scheduled from May 30 to September 30, 2025. Previously, Asiana operated the A380 on this route until October 2019, when it switched to the A350-900. The airline currently has six active A380s in its fleet. Etihad Airways will stop its A380 flights to New York-JFK starting June 24, 2025, shifting its focus to Toronto. This change will leave New York-JFK with up to 49 weekly A380 departures from various airlines, including Asiana.
