Astrohaus launches Freewrite Wordrunner mechanical keyboard for writers

Astrohaus has introduced the Freewrite Wordrunner, a new mechanical keyboard designed for writers. Unlike previous models, it is a standalone device without a screen, featuring a word counter and timer to enhance focus and efficiency. The Wordrunner includes a compact design, durable aluminum body, and backlit switches. It has two electromechanical counters for tracking word count and time, along with a joystick for media control. The keyboard's function row is customized for document navigation and editing, with keys for undo, redo, and paragraph jumps. It also includes three programmable macro keys, sacrificing some media controls for enhanced writing functionality.
