Astrohaus unveils Freewrite Wordrunner keyboard for distraction-free writing at CES 2025

Astrohaus has introduced the Freewrite Wordrunner at CES 2025, a standalone keyboard designed for distraction-free writing. Unlike previous Freewrite products, it lacks a screen but includes a word counter, timer, and writing-focused keys. The Wordrunner aims to enhance the writing experience by integrating features typically found in writing apps. It replaces function keys with shortcuts for common tasks like undo and redo, and includes a joystick for media control. The keyboard is made of heavy aluminum with sound dampening and tactile switches. Pricing details are not yet available, but reservations can be made for $1.
