ASUS raises prices for Radeon RX 9070 and RTX 5090

ASUS has raised prices for its Radeon RX 9070 series and RTX 5090 graphics cards. The RX 9070 XT now starts at $719, while the RTX 5090 begins at $2,759, reflecting significant increases from previous prices. The price hikes are part of a broader trend in the GPU market, where many models are now selling for 1.5 to 2 times their original suggested retail prices. ASUS's RTX 5090 Astral OC model has increased by $280 in just a month. The Radeon RX 9070 series has also seen price increases, with the Prime RX 9070 XT OC model now priced at $719, up from its launch price of $599. The cheaper RX 9070 starts at $659, exceeding its original MSRP.
