Auckland police hunt for fugitive retail theft suspect

Auckland police are looking for a man named Storm Bryce Hughes. He is 49 years old and is associated with the Head Hunters gang. Police say he is wanted for aggravated robbery. Hughes is believed to be stealing thousands of dollars worth of items from shops in central Auckland. Authorities are asking the public for help in finding him. Inspector Grant Tetzlaff, the Commander for Auckland Central Area, stated that Hughes is connected to a series of thefts from retailers in the area. Police have warned shop owners about these offenses. Anyone who sees Hughes is urged to report it to the police. However, they are advised not to confront him directly for safety reasons.
