Aussie model defends controversial billboard in Sydney suburb
An Australian model named Shianne Foxx has defended her provocative advertisement on a truck that drove around the wealthy suburb of Mosman in Sydney. The ad featured her picture in a cropped shirt and underwear, alongside the message, "Are you rich, old and lonely? I'm looking for a sugar daddy." Foxx, 22, stated that she is receiving lots of interest since the ad was displayed on Tuesday. However, she has faced criticism from local residents, some of whom called her a "gold digger" and found the advertisement unacceptable. One mother expressed concern online after her young child saw the ad and asked about its meaning. Despite the backlash, Foxx remains unfazed, claiming that those upset by her ad are "not as hot" as her and are unhappy with their lives. She mentioned that she is in contact with several interested men, including a widower from Mosman who has $15 million. Foxx has been active on OnlyFans since October and also works part-time as a landscaper. Her advertisement is similar to a previous controversial billboard in Perth that received thousands of complaints in 2023.
