Austin Prock sets new Funny Car record with 3.791-second run in Bradenton
Austin Prock set a new Funny Car record at Bradenton Motorsports Park with a time of 3.791 seconds, breaking the previous record of 3.793 seconds held by Robert Hight since 2017. Prock achieved this while driving the Cornwell Tools Chevrolet SS. Prock's record run came during the final qualifying session, where he also reached a speed of 331.53 miles per hour. He consistently led in earlier qualifying sessions with times of 3.861, 3.882, and 3.860 seconds. His teammates, Jack Beckman and Brittany Force, also performed well, securing the second and third fastest qualifying times, respectively. Beckman noted the impressive acceleration of their cars, while Force expressed confidence in her team's readiness for upcoming races.
