Ayala Corp. promotes four leaders to key positions

Ayala Corp. has promoted four next-generation leaders to key positions. Mariana Beatriz Zobel de Ayala and Mark Robert Uy are now managing directors, while Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala and Jaime Urquijo are executive directors. Mariana will oversee the transformation of Ayala Land's leasing business. Mark will focus on refining the group's business portfolio and exploring new opportunities. Jaime Alfonso will enhance governance and support the growth of the New Energy Vehicle platform. Additionally, Ayala Corp. has appointed several executives as part of its succession plan, including Carl Raymond Cruz as deputy CEO of Globe Telecom and Margarita Dy as Ayala Land president and CEO.
