Bacolod City hands over first completed 4PH housing building in the Philippines

Bacolod City has become the first local government in the Philippines to complete and hand over a 4PH housing building. Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez led the turnover of Building 1 of the Asenso Yuhum Residences to local families. The 4PH Program, part of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s housing initiative, aims to tackle the country's housing shortage. Documentation is in progress for additional units in Buildings 2, 3, and 4. The project involved collaboration between the Bacolod Housing Authority and private partners, with financial support from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development. This initiative highlights Bacolod's commitment to affordable housing.
