Bato Dela Rosa unaware of Duterte's alleged inner circle traitor

Senator Bato Dela Rosa recently spoke about rumors of a traitor in former President Rodrigo Duterte's inner circle. He said, "I don’t know who that person is," adding that he has heard the talk but cannot confirm it. Dela Rosa mentioned he has no idea who is being referred to and emphasized that he is unaware of the identity of the alleged traitor. In a phone interview, Dela Rosa clarified that he cannot speculate if National Security Adviser Eduardo Año is involved. He stated, "I don’t know. I haven’t talked to him," indicating that he has not discussed the matter with Año. Rumors suggest that someone close to Duterte may have misled him into thinking it was safe to return to the Philippines on March 11. This occurred despite the existence of an arrest warrant against him. Upon his arrival in Manila from Hong Kong, Duterte was arrested by authorities. The arrest warrant was issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) and relates to charges of crimes against humanity linked to his administration's controversial war on drugs.
