Bay Village students raise $113,000 for leukemia research

Bay Village High School's Team Village With A Vision raised over $113,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, contributing to a total of $1.4 million raised by 33 schools in Northeast Ohio. Special awards were given to Paige Kerber and Molly Keane. Construction has started on an $8.6 million underground storage tank project in Bay Village, aimed at improving compliance with federal and state environmental regulations. The project will be completed later this year and will restore the area to green space. In local events, registration opens April 2 for the Bay Village Historical Society’s Pioneer Days Summer Camp. Additionally, a Renderings Open House for proposed changes to Westerly Elementary School is scheduled for April 2.
