Bee University NYC offers summer fellowship for youth
Bee University NYC has launched its fourth Urban Beekeeping Fellowship for students aged 16-24. This three-month paid program will take place in Brooklyn and Staten Island, focusing on urban beekeeping skills and green job opportunities. Participants will receive a stipend, with the potential to earn up to $1,000. The program includes two cohorts of 15 students each and covers leadership training and environmental issues. Applications are open now, with a priority deadline of April 5 and a final deadline of April 27. Those not eligible can still engage through volunteering or workshops.
