Belagavi honors achievers during Renukacharya Jayanti celebration

Belagavi celebrated Renukacharya Jayanti on Sunday, honoring various achievers, including actress Priya Savadi and actor Mallu Bagalkot. A procession featuring Sri Renukacharya's portrait took place from Channamma Circle to Kumar Gandharva Rangamandir. The event was organized by local authorities, including the district administration and the Kannada and culture department. Speakers highlighted the significance of Renukacharya's teachings and the contributions of the Veerashaiva Lingayat tradition. Other honorees included lawyer Sridevi Hiremath and philanthropist Channaiah Viraktamath. Several religious leaders and local officials also participated in the celebration.
