Biden highlights US support for Ukraine and nuclear conflict prevention in foreign policy address

He stated that his two main goals were to rally global support for Ukraine and avoid war between nuclear powers. Biden noted that his administration has strengthened NATO, with the number of allies meeting the 2% GDP defense spending target increasing from nine to 23. He emphasized that America is now stronger and better prepared than in previous years. He also mentioned laying a foundation for future administrations to continue supporting Ukraine. Biden claimed that under his leadership, alliances have become stronger, and adversaries have weakened.
