Bill Burr discusses new comedy special and adapting to diverse audiences

Bill Burr's new comedy special, "Drop Dead Years," premieres on Hulu on March 14. This marks his eighth stand-up hour, featuring a more introspective tone as he reflects on marriage, aging, and men's mental health, while still delivering his signature humor. Burr discusses adapting his comedic style to different audiences, preferring a "hostile crowd" for better engagement. He shares insights on navigating censorship during international gigs, particularly in Abu Dhabi, and how a rabbi helped him understand his role as a comedian in such contexts. In addition to his special, Burr is set to make his Broadway debut in "Glengarry Glen Ross" alongside Kieran Culkin and Bob Odenkirk, with rehearsals starting in February. He is also working on a new film titled "Born Losers."
