Billy Corgan and Chloé Mendel welcomed daughter Juno

Billy Corgan, the lead singer of the Smashing Pumpkins, has welcomed his third child, a daughter named Juno Corgan. She was born on March 18, 2025, at their home in Highland Park, Illinois. Juno weighed 9.9 pounds and measured 22 inches long. Corgan shared the news with PEOPLE, saying that both his wife, Chloé Mendel Corgan, and the baby are doing well. Corgan expressed gratitude for the support they received during the home birth. He described Chloé as recovering well and noted that baby Juno is "happy, healthy, and nursing with gusto." He also mentioned that their two older children, Augustus and Philomena, are excited about their new sister and can't wait to play with her. The couple announced they were expecting Juno in August 2024, just before their first wedding anniversary. Chloé described the news as an unexpected but joyous moment for their family. When they shared the pregnancy announcement with their children, Augustus was very happy. Philomena had some tears of concern, which Corgan found adorable. Corgan and Mendel have been together since 2012 and married in September 2023. They thank everyone for their support as they celebrated their wedding day with their children by their side.
