Bitcoin approaches $100,000 as ETF interest surges
Bitcoin is nearing the $100,000 mark, recently reaching a high of $99,645. After this surge, it has paused, with investors eagerly awaiting a potential breakthrough. Significant inflows into spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have been reported, with over $1 billion on November 21 and an additional $500 million the following day. This indicates growing interest from traditional financial institutions. The launch of options trading for Bitcoin ETFs, particularly BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF, has also gained attention, recording $1.9 billion in trading volume on its first day. These developments reflect increasing confidence in Bitcoin as a mainstream asset.
