BJP celebrates Bihar’s development and heritage in Lucknow

The BJP's Lucknow Mahanagar unit held a program called 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat – Sneh Milan' to celebrate Bihar Foundation Day. The event took place at Sahkarita Bhavan in Aliganj. Key attendees included Bihar's labour resources minister Santosh Singh, MP Janardan Singh, and local BJP leaders. During the event, Santosh Singh spoke in Bhojpuri about Bihar's cultural heritage. He stressed that the current government is focused on the state's development and criticized previous administrations for creating a situation he referred to as "jungle raj." Singh emphasized that Bihar is now making good progress under strong governance. MP Janardan Singh highlighted the economic improvements in Bihar since Prime Minister Narendra Modi took office. He asked attendees to recognize the positive changes happening in the state. Additionally, he acknowledged Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for his role in organizing the Prayagraj Maha Kumbh festival. Mayor Sushma Kharakwal also spoke at the event. She referred to Bihar as an essential part of India's unity. The gathering concluded with BJP leaders honoring notable migrants from Bihar.
