BJP MLA calls Uttar Pradesh government 'most corrupt ever.'
A BJP MLA in Uttar Pradesh has strongly criticized his own party's government, calling it the "most corrupt government ever." Nand Kishore Gurjar made these comments during a press conference, alleging that government officials are misleading Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and stealing from the state's treasury. Gurjar, wearing a torn kurta, claimed that police damaged his clothing during a recent event. He accused the chief secretary of using "occult arts" to control the chief minister. Gurjar described the chief secretary as the "most corrupt officer in the world" and claimed that land in Ayodhya has been unlawfully taken. His remarks come after a large procession in Loni, called the "Kalash Yatra," led to clashes with police. The police tried to stop the event, stating it lacked permission. Supporters of Gurjar reportedly pushed back against the officers, leading to tensions. The police said permission for the Yatra was not obtained, but Gurjar disputed this. He stated that he has historically not needed permission for such events. In a video message, the MLA urged his community to remain peaceful and avoid causing traffic disruptions.
