Black Ops 6 update enhances LMGs with new attachment
On March 14, Call of Duty updated Black Ops 6 and Warzone, enhancing light machine guns (LMGs) with a new attachment. This update follows a patch from March 11 and includes bug fixes. The new Belt-Fed attachment allows for more rounds before overheating and reduces the overheating duration. However, LMGs still face competition from dominant assault rifles and submachine guns in the game. While the changes improve LMG performance, they may not significantly shift player preferences. The XM4 and PU-21 remain the only competitive LMGs, but players may want to try the updated options in Warzone.
