Blue Zones seminar promotes healthier workplaces in South Carolina

A seminar series is coming to South Carolina to promote healthy workplaces. The South Carolina Healthy Business Challenge is partnering with Blue Zones to teach businesses how to improve employee well-being. The seminars are open to everyone and will be held in three cities. The first event is in Greenville on April 7, followed by one in Columbia on April 15, and the last in Charleston on April 16. Each seminar will take place from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Participants can expect a keynote speech from Nick Buettner. He will share examples of organizations that successfully use Blue Zones strategies. The series will also kick off a 30-day challenge starting on May 30, encouraging employees to adopt healthier habits. Lunch will be provided, featuring plant-based options that support health and longevity. The event also offers networking opportunities with local business and wellness professionals.
