BOC seizes P1.2B counterfeit goods in Malabon City

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) in the Philippines seized counterfeit goods and unregulated products worth P1.2 billion in Malabon City. The operation took place on March 11, following the issuance of Letters of Authority. The seized items included disposable vapes lacking tax stamps and various counterfeit goods. A joint enforcement team discovered these products during inspections of local warehouses. Authorities have sealed the warehouses to secure the confiscated items. A Warrant of Seizure and Detention will be issued for violations of customs and intellectual property laws.
