Bodycam footage captures arrests of suspects in Bristol teens' murder case
Three people were arrested for the murders of Bristol teens Max Dixon, 16, and Mason Rist, 15, who were killed in a machete attack on January 27. The attack was a case of mistaken identity, as the victims were not involved in the earlier incident that prompted the attack. Riley Tolliver, 18, and three other teens, along with 45-year-old Anthony Snook, were found guilty after a six-week trial. Bodycam footage captured their arrests, with Snook being informed of the murder charges against him. Sentencing for Snook is set for November 19, while the others will be sentenced on December 16. The community mourned the loss of the boys, holding vigils and moments of silence in their memory. The Crown Prosecution Service emphasized the joint responsibility of all five defendants in the brutal attack. A further trial is planned for individuals charged with assisting an offender.
