Boxpark launches new dining concept in London

Boxpark is set to open a new dining concept called Boxhall City on April 10. This location will be inside the newly restored Metropolitan Arcade on Liverpool Street in London. It marks a shift for Boxpark, moving from outdoor spaces to a covered venue. The new site will feature 13 different food and drink brands. The lineup includes popular names such as Sourdough Sophia, Farzi, and Eggslut. Boxpark aims to highlight global cuisines and support independent businesses. Boxpark CEO Matt Snell expressed excitement about this venture. He stated it represents a new chapter for the company, providing a platform for culinary talent and unique dining experiences in a restored historic building. Sourdough Sophia's co-founder, Sophia Handschuh, shared her enthusiasm for the expansion. She believes it will bring artisanal bread to more people in London's vibrant food scene. Another featured brand is Club Mexicana, a vegan Mexican restaurant. Founder Meriel Amitage hopes to change perceptions of plant-based food.
