Bozoma Saint John wore only Black designers on RHOBH

Bozoma Saint John has decided to wear only outfits from Black designers on the reality show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She explained that she is very intentional about her clothing choices. For her first appearance, she wore a custom outfit designed by Mimmy Yeboah from Ghana. Boz trusted Mimmy because she has designed for her before. Boz, who is 48, joined the show in its 14th season. She is only the second Black woman to be featured as a main cast member alongside her co-star, Garcelle Beauvais. Boz noted that she wanted to make a statement by wearing Black designers for every occasion, whether she was at home with her daughter or attending a fancy event. Before filming began, Boz already had many outfits from Black designers. However, she quickly realized she needed more choices as filming progressed. She reached out to various designers for additional looks to keep her outfits fresh throughout the season. Throughout the show, Boz has worn items from famous collections, including Beyoncé's Ivy Park. She has also sported custom pieces from well-known brands like Chanel and Gucci. Boz appreciates fashion and finds inspiration from her fellow cast members, stating that their unique styles reflect their personalities.
