During his speech, Major General Chiller emphasized the importance of military research in strengthening India's defense capabilities. He mentioned that ongoing research and development are essential to keep up with changes in global security. Brigadier K D Jaspal, the BRC commandant, noted a key moment at the event was the signing of two memorandums of understanding (MoUs).
